Seddy’s Country Kitchen was built from a love of cooking, family, and bringing people together. Chef Seddy, a U.S. Army veteran and longtime cook, started by serving his food from a food truck. Now he’s bringing that same made-from-scratch approach to Houston with a neighborhood catfish joint built around whole fried catfish, crispy fillets, homemade Southern sides, and good hospitality.
